PSVR 2 has entered this room. PlayStation 5 fans are excited about virtual reality and have new details to look at. The Official PlayStation blog published the article as an introduction to PSVR 2. It reveals the first details about VR on the PS5.
According to the post, the PlayStation VR team has learned lessons from the original device that was launched back in 2016 as a peripheral for its PlayStation 4. The team will be focusing on improvements in resolution and field-of-view, as well upgrades to tracking and input capabilities.
The best thing about the PlayStation VR for the PS5 is that it will only require one cord. This is a vast improvement on the PS4’s multiple wires and adapters. This new single-cord connection will make the play area safer and more organized than the PS4’s. These features could include DualSense’s haptic feedback, and similar ergonomics.
PSVR 2 ‘s blog admitted that this was an early update and that we won’t see the device in stores anytime soon. The PSVR 2’s description confirms that it won’t launch in 2021.
The post added that the “development community” had begun to create new virtual worlds for users to explore in virtual reality. As more information is released about the device, you can expect to see a steady stream of PSVR 2 game announcements.
