  • The person hides things from loved ones. When a relationship with drinks, cigarettes, or food goes bad, he starts hiding it from family members. Eating at night, hiding bottles, rushing consumption on the way from the store.
  • Health problems. Most addictions have a negative impact on health: overweight or lack of it, problems with the cardiovascular system, lung disease, memory impairment, poor skin condition. Heavy habits are dangerous because they can slowly kill a person. Realizing this, he still continues to succumb to them.

In general, a person begins to live only one thing – his unhealthy hobby. This is what all his conversations are about, and there is no time left for his former interests and urgent problems.
