In an Instagram post of a brand new post, Lizzo reflected on the importance of showing your true love that is unconditional.
If you’ve ever felt that self-love is among the things that is easier to understand to understand than actually doing You can always be sure to rely upon Lizzo to help remind you why the work is worthwhile.(Lizzo Nude)
This is a case in point: the singer recently posted on the social media platforms Instagram as well as Twitter to post a video that was set to a short snippet from a new song. In keeping with her the signature Lizzo form, it looks that the song will feature lyrics and a message about unconditional love and unrestrained love. (“If you love me, then you are my love for all of me… but not me,” Lizzo sings in the video.) In the clip Lizzo is completely naked, sitting on the ground and giving her gentle hand on her shoulder.
“If you love me… you love all of me,” she posted the caption to the video that had over 2.5 million views in just a few hours. “You don’t get to pick and choose. We should be unconditionally loving of one another, starting with being unconditionally loving to ourselves. Take a moment today and think about the conditions we hold so tightly to that keep us from the freedom of true love. Do you really wanna be so tightly wound? Free yourself in love. You deserve it.”(Lizzo Nude)
She also shared a body-to-body photograph in Instagram of the shoot, and captioned the photo “Art.” Naturally, the fans were enthusiastic about the positive vibes of the two posts. “I kno you’ll never see this but I just want to say thank you so much for your transparency in every aspect of yourself and always being true to yourself,” one person posted in the comment section section of the video. “But thanks for the many body positivity energy you radiate to everyone, and this one is deeply personal to me. to watch a woman like me celebrate her and her beauty in a way that is open and honest brings me so much joy and hope that I can someday be there. studying but I’ll make it so I want to say thank you.(Lizzo Nude)
It’s the case that self-compassion practice is simply that — an act, a feeling which the commenter acknowledged in their post, stating that you’re “still learning.” It’s also difficult to believe that you’re failing particularly when you look at how others are doing it right, courtesy of inspiring Instagram captions or perfectly edited online posts. Yet, self-love can be channeled through simple techniques like engaging in gratitude or saying affirmations repeatedly (one one of the Lizzo’s favorite methods) will help a lot.
It’s worth the effort. “One of our most basic needs as humans is love,” as Chris Germer, Ph.D., a founder of the Center for Mindfulness and Compassion and a professor in the department of psychology at Harvard Medical School previously told Shape. “We often look to others for that, but we should give that to ourselves in an acknowledgment that we’re as important as any other person.” While it may be more comfortable to seek approval and affirmations from those close to you, finding your own validation can provide you with numerous benefits both large and small. Research studies have shown that the results of self-compassion are improved sleep, better balanced life-style habits, reduced stress as well as improved managing pain as well as a boost in self-esteem and mood.
